Through my interest in working holistically I also have a diploma in Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle. Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselling adds depth to Western talking therapies by working with mind and body to facilitate psychological harmony, balanced vitality, and inner clarity.
